These are the CDC's published national averages from its 2022 ART National Summary (the latest reporting year), not a clinic result or a guarantee, and they vary widely by individual (diagnosis, egg source, clinic, and cycle count). Rates use a patient's own eggs; donor-egg outcomes differ.

What does IVFcost.co track?

Every US fertility clinic that reports to the CDC (hundreds of them), compared by their real IVF live-birth rates by patient age. We add each clinic's own published cycle price where it posts one, individually sourced and linked back to that clinic, for 154 US clinic locations so far (including egg freezing), plus the services each offers, and alongside the clinics we compare at-home fertility tests and the most common fertility supplements. For each, we show what the sources report and link back to the record that proves it.

Where does the data come from?

Authoritative, mostly free and open sources: the CDC ART program for clinic success rates, ClinicalTrials.gov and the medical literature (including the ASRM journal Fertility and Sterility) for research, and each clinic or brand for its own services and prices. Every figure links to the record that proves it.

Are success rates a guarantee?

No. Reported success rates are population averages that depend heavily on age, diagnosis, and individual circumstances. A clinic's headline number is not a prediction for any one person. We show the age bands and the source so you can read them in context.
