US IVF clinic price check
Every US fertility clinic location that reports to the CDC, with whether its own website posts a self-pay IVF price, the amount and what it covers, the page it came from, and the date we checked. Free to download and reuse.
Of the 452 US fertility clinic locations checked, 159 post a self-pay IVF price on their own website and 283 ask patients to call or book a consultation for pricing. The full list is a free CSV under a Creative Commons Attribution license, and dated snapshots are archived with a DOI for citation.

The current file updates as the check revisits clinics, about every two weeks per location. To cite exact numbers, use an archived snapshot: each is a fixed copy with its own DOI (latest: 10.5281/zenodo.23017009; all versions: 10.5281/zenodo.23017008).
Four outcomes, one per location
Counts are clinic locations. Several locations of one network can share one pricing page.

What each column holds
One row per location, UTF-8, comma separated, with a header row. Rows run A to Z by state, then clinic name.
cdc_clinic_idstring- The clinic's ID in the CDC Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) clinic data, for joining this file to CDC success-rate tables.
clinic_namestring- Clinic location name as reported to the CDC.
citystring- City of the clinic location (CDC).
statestring- Two-letter US state or territory code (CDC).
state_namestring- State or territory name (CDC).
networkstring- The multi-location network the location belongs to, when it is one of the networks IVFcost.co profiles; empty otherwise.
price_checkstring- What the check of the clinic's own website found: posted (a self-pay IVF price is published), no_price_posted (the site asks patients to call or book a consultation for pricing), unresolved (the check could not settle it), or not_checked (not reached yet).
published_ivf_price_usdnumber- The IVF amount the clinic publishes, in US dollars, only when price_check is posted. It is the clinic's own figure for its own package, so amounts are not comparable without price_terms.
price_termsstring- What the published amount covers and excludes (medications, anesthesia, genetic testing, transfers, storage, eligibility, ranges), as stated on the clinic's page. Only when price_check is posted.
source_urlstring- The clinic-owned page the outcome was read from: the pricing page for posted, the page that was checked for no_price_posted, empty otherwise.
checked_ondate- The date (UTC, YYYY-MM-DD) the source page was last read. It is not the date the clinic set its price.
ivfcost_urlstring- The location's page on IVFcost.co, with its CDC success rates and services.
How the check works
For each clinic location, an automated research step finds the clinic's own website and reads its pricing, fees, cost and financing pages. An amount is kept only when the clinic itself publishes it on a page it owns (never a directory, review site, cost guide or news article), when it is a plausible amount for one cycle, and when the page applies to that location. No number is ever estimated or filled in.
Each amount is one clinic's own figure for its own package, and packages differ: medications, anesthesia, ICSI, genetic testing, transfers and storage may or may not be included, and some amounts are starting prices or ranges. Compare amounts only together with price_terms, and confirm the current price with the clinic before relying on it. The date in checked_on is when we read the page, not when the clinic set its price.
Clinic identity comes from the CDC Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) clinic data, so cdc_clinic_id joins this file to the CDC's own success-rate tables. The full sourcing rules are on the methodology page.
