The program includes ultrasound monitoring, estradiol blood draws, egg retrieval, cryopreservation, oocyte identification, culture and fertilization, sperm preparation, embryo culture, endometrial ultrasound, preparation for embryo transfer, assisted hatching, one single frozen embryo transfer (eSET), and up to two HCG blood tests. Excluded: anesthesiologist fee, screenings/diagnostic tests, medications, medically necessary ICSI ($2,000), embryo storage ($60/month or $600/year), and optional PGT/PGD ($4,000).
